QUICKBOOKS PROADVISOR: Your friendly neighbor

You just setup your business, and you want to be automated so picked
Quickbooks Enterprise as your accounting backbone, but you want you and your staff to be trained by expert first...

You just switched from a different accounting system to QBES, and wanted to know everything about it from an expert...

You feel that you have mesed your reports up, calling tech support seem to be a good option, you want an expert to be in house and see your reports...
See the text in bold?  Yeah... EXPERT.

That is what Quickbooks Pro Advisors are.  They are Intuit - Quickbooks certified as somebody who has above average knowledge about Quickbooks.  They are accountants, bookkeeper, software developers or network administrators or just someone who has a passion with accounting who passed the certification exam given by Intuit.

These people are comparable to Microsoft's MCP, MCE or Cisco's Certified Engineer.  They are not necessarily people from Intuit.  These experts has their own businesses, offices, and firms.  They acquired and passed the exam to be qualified for the ProAdvisor program.

And the expert they are, we can always count on them for
our most difficult Quickbooks issue.  If you are a QBES Contract holder, then be advised that their services are out of your Support Contract.  So we have to pay them separately.

But with their impecable knowledge and expirience...its
 really worth evry penny paid.

If you want to know or to get in touch with your local Quickbooks Pro Advisor go to Quickbooks.com or click here.

WHAT's WITH QBES v9.0?

Is QBES v 9.0 better than its predecessor?

Add to Technorati Favorites

Intuit is always proud that Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions is the market's NUMBER ONE accounting software for mid-sized businesses and companies. Year after year Intuit is exerting huge effort to out do the previous version for the betterment of
its customers. On this post lest us discuss what are the most notable enhancements of QBES 9.0.

Let's go....

1. It's now good for 30USERS. Previous versions of QBES has a limit of 20Users. Its good to know that QBES now allows companies with more than 20QBES users to maximize it, giving them more opportunities to accomplish more on their day to day operations.

2.
Multi - Currency Capability. This feature now allows user to seemlessly interact with their foreign customers by using their currencies.

3. Intuit Statement Writer. This new add-ons is set to replace the old Financial Statement Designer that is currently built in with the old versions. ISW will give more power to a user for it its Excel like eature. Using this wil give you the feeling of using your favorite MS Excel. Giving you the flexibility tp format cells and use formulas.

4. And finally, Quickbooks Instant Messenger. This makes using QBES more fun. This works just like Yahoo! Messenger or AIM. This gives more ease in communicating with your fellow users.

THe list on top are the enhancements i really find very good on this new version. These to me would make me decide that id go up with 9.0. However these new feature might be not that appealing for you, and for you to see the complete list of new features CLICK ME.
